Laundromat Attendant (Wash Dry Fold Specialist)
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented attendant who brings positive energy and a can-do attitude. The role focuses on processing Wash Dry Fold orders with a high standard of care, and on keeping the laundromat clean, safe and welcoming. Must be able to work a mix of mornings, afternoons and weekends.
What you'll do
- Take in drop-off orders, enter and update them in the point of sale system, and receive payments
- Sort, wash, dry, fold and package customer laundry to our standards
- Inspect items for damage or special handling and let customers or management know
- Greet customers, help them find the right size machine, and answer questions
- Keep the laundromat clean and sanitized, restock detergent and supplies, and empty lint traps
What we're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Retail, customer service or laundry experience is a plus, not required
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Detail-oriented, organized, honest and dependable
- Comfortable with technology and good with people
- Working cell phone and reliable transportation
- Likes to have fun
Schedule and pay
- Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Evenings and weekends are a must
- Starting pay $15/hour, with growth based on performance
